What's with the name?
The Carolina Chickadee is nearly identical to the
Black-capped Chickadee, a petite and energetic bird in the
Paridae family.They remind me that the simple things in life
are what's important. I love to hear them sing in the garden.
Watching them perched among the evergreens is always a joy.
The chickadee's lives seem so simple, as they work so hard to
care for their families. I love to see them
dressed in their charming black and white feathers.
It's impossible not to love a Chickadee!
